The cut-off date for IHA’s block is August 26, 2026; however, rooms will still be booked on a space available basis after the block has expired.
All cancellations are fully refundable up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. A credit card is required at time of booking and a full deposit will be taken on the seventh day prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for ‘no shows’ as well as early departures made within seven (7) days of arrival.
Our group rates will be honored three days prior and three days following the convention based upon availability.

Lodge Apartment lock-off bedrooms, which do not include the kitchen or livingroom, are available by calling reservations. You may request a specific bed type when booking, however the bed type is not guaranteed. You may also request at time of booking to be waitlisted for a room in the Inn or Lodge should something become available for the duration of your stay.
