Terms & Conditions


Registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. five business days prior to the scheduled event date unless otherwise stated. All registrations received after the deadline will be assessed a processing fee of $40. This applies to registrations that are received by mail, phone, fax or submitted online after the stated time period.

If payment has not been received prior to an event and the registrant fails to attend, or does not cancel within the stated time period, the entire registration fee in addition to the processing fee will be billed.


A non-refundable processing fee of $40 will be retained for all cancellations.

Cancellations received less than five business days of the scheduled event start date are non-refundable. All fees associated with an event are forfeited for those who fail to cancel within the stated time period or fail to attend an event.

Registrants unable to attend an IHA educational event are permitted and encouraged to send a substitute.


Once IHA receives an event registration or product purchase request, the credit card provided will then be charged.
