It’s easy, visit our convention site to complete your registration. If you’re an award honoree, sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, student, or invited guest, you will have received information to register. If you need it resent, please give us a call. This year, our system allows you to register multiple guests at once! For more information, check out how to register.

IHA accepts checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If paying by check, select that option when checking out. Print the confirmation page to include with your check payment. Mail your check to:

Please note that if payment is not received prior to the registration deadline of Sept. 26 at 5p MDT, a $40 late fee will apply for each registration.

Yes, and you have three options for your General Registration – $125 Full Registration; $75 if attending Sunday only; or $75 if attending Monday only. Each registrant will have to select and pay for one registration to complete their order.

We’re sorry you won’t be joining us☹. First thing, try to find a substitute! You can send someone else in your place at no charge. Just let us know who you will be sending.

If that doesn’t work out, you can cancel before 5p MT on September 26. You will receive a refund of your fees less a $40 processing fee. Unfortunately, after that time, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds will be issued after Oct. 14. Please note that if you haven’t paid your fees and cancel, you will be billed for the registration fee and processing fee. Of course, although you will have to pay the $40 late fee and may not be able to get into the events you’re interested in if they are sold out. We really, really encourage you to register in advance.

We’d be happy to have you bring a spouse or guest, but please make sure to include them on your registration. While they are welcome to attend the General Session if they are included in your registration at no additional cost, there will be charges if the plan to attend the Chairman’s Celebration or any other event.

In most sessions, handouts will not be distributed; however, you can find them here under each speaker’s profile. We will post handouts from speakers as we receive them and keep them active until November 29.

Call 800-786.8259 to make your reservation in IHA’s room block before Sept. 2. After that, rates may still be honored on a space-available basis. Check-in is after 4p and check out is prior to 11a.

When booking, the resort requires a deposit equal to one night’s room rental plus taxes and fees. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund minus $25 processing fee. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice.

The resort does provide shuttle service from the Hailey airport. Call 800.786.8259 to make arrangements.
